Energy Reflectors

These pendants are miniature renderings of the larger Energy Character sculptures by Micah Silver and Jules Gimbrone, currently featured in the Hammer exhibition Lifes.  The pieces are based on blind contour line drawings done by the artists of each other’s faces. The necklaces function as  Energy shields/reflectors relating to larger sculptural heat/air/sound compositions.

Each necklace was designed by the artists as one of a pair and were produced by Mina Beckman in Los Angeles.
